Due to the lack of progress in Brexit negotiations and the uncertainty regarding deadlines for adopting a new package of budget incentives in the US, positive moods that dominated on global financial markets at the beginning of the previous week changed to negative on Wednesday. The market is expecting the FRS meeting that should take place on Wednesday, and possible signals concerning expanded monetary incentives.
