The American stock indices started the previous week with a rapid fall due to the fears that trade disputes between the US and China will have a negative impact on global trade as a whole. The negative dynamics on American markets persisted through the entire previous week. The last time such a lingering period of uninterruptedly falling key stock indices was registered in March 2017.
