Last week, the leading stock platforms across the world did not register any serious changes. Markets were expecting the decision of the US Federal Reserve System regarding the revision of rates. Already at the beginning of the current month, it became clear that the central bank of the US will refrain from raising the federal funds rate in September, postponing the decision to a later period.

Nevertheless, markets did not undertake any significant measures until it was officially announced on 17 September that the epoch of low rates was not over yet. It is expected that rates will not be revised before 2016.
