Last week returned financial markets to the state of uncertainty. Indices of the top trading platforms were highly volatile. As a result of the previous week, many indices registered a drop.

The central event of the current week will be the meeting of the Group of Twenty Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors (G-20) that is scheduled to take place in Moscow on 15-16 February. It is expected that this meeting will discuss the so-called currency wars that are used by countries in an attempt to depreciate their national currency for the purpose of boosting the country’s exports.
