As September has set it, it is time to hear from European politicians a specific plan of actions to repair the euro area economy. At the beginning of the previous week, there was information that the European Central Bank (ECB) would support struggling European countries by way of redeeming their government bonds maturing in less than three years. In the opinion of President of the European Central Bank Mario Draghi, purchase of short-term securities on the secondary market will not infringe upon the EU agreements that do not allow the central bank to finance specific governments.
