Using the opportunity, JOINT STOCK COMPANY "FIRST UKRAINIAN INTERNATIONAL BANK" (hereinafter - the Bank) expresses you the respect and requests to take into account the following information.

Starting from February 25, 2019, a new Agreement on Banking Services for Corporate Clients with turnover from entrepreneurship/independent professional activity not exceeding 125 million UAH (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) will enter into force. The Agreement applies to all potential and existing clients with the abovementioned amount of turnover.

The terms of the Agreement were brought in line with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On Currency and Currency Transactions" and regulatory acts of the NBU, adopted in accordance with the requirements of the said Law, i.e. the current conditions for the provision of foreign exchange trade services and services under the Client Loan Agreements with the involvement of funds from non-residents.
