Taking this opportunity, JOINT STOCK COMPANY “FIRST UKRAINIAN INTERNATIONAL BANK” (hereinafter - the Bank) expresses its respect and asks you to take into account the following information.

On October 16, 2018 the Agreement on banking services for corporate clients of JSC “PUMB”, whose annual revenues exceed or equal to 125 million UAH. (hereinafter - the Agreement). The Agreement applies to all potential and existing customers whose annual revenues exceed or equal to 125 million UAH.

To accede to the Agreement, it is necessary to sign an Application for Accession of an approved sample, which acts as an annex to the Agreement. Customers who have a valid Agreement on the use of electronic signatures during the creation, processing and storage of electronic documents in the process of making operations, can sign and send an Application for accession through the Internet-banking.

For existing customers who are serviced by the Bank Account Agreement, the terms of service remain unchanged.
