FUIB received three awards at the X-Ray 2026 competition

Three areas of FUIB's activity were highly appreciated at the X-Ray 2026 marketing initiative competition from MMR media: creativity that works for results; social initiatives that change attitudes towards important topics; collaborations that unite for the sake of help.

This year, our bank has three awards at X-Ray 2026 in the following categories: 

  • “Best Marketing Team” – for campaigns in which creativity works for real business results. In 2025, the team ensured the growth of the client base, scaled digital channels as the main source of customer engagement, implemented dozens of product and communication campaigns in various business areas. And also received record recognition at leading industry awards.
  • “Social Marketing” – for the “Warmblooded” initiative, which FUIB implements with the support of Mastercard, in partnership with specialized public organizations “Blood Agents” and DonorUA. The project helps change attitudes towards donation: it shows that it can be not scary, but warm and humane; and also forms a culture of sustainable donation in Ukraine. During the operation of the mobile donor hub: 2,963 people donated blood, almost half of them for the first time; donations took place in 19 cities, towns and villages; 1,321 liters of blood were collected, potentially saving 8,808 lives.
  • “Collaboration of the Year” – for the joint initiative of FUIB and Oschadbank “Christmas unites hearts”. During the holiday season, teams from the two banks joined forces to draw attention to the shortage of donor blood. This is a powerful example of how businesses can unite for an important cause. The result of the initiative: 59 donors; over 26 liters of blood; potentially 177 lives saved.
