All operating branches of FUIB are on the LUN accessibility map

207 branches of FUIB Bank are now on the LUN Accessibility Map. Each client can familiarize themselves with the conditions in advance, check accessibility, and choose the branch that will be easy for them to get to and convenient for using the services.
The LUN map helps customers choose the most convenient route and the branch where they will feel most comfortable.
What information about FUIB branches is displayed on the LUN accessibility map:
- barrier-free level: barrier-free / partially barrier-free / barrier;
- availability of a ramp, lift or accessible entrance;
- sufficient width of doors and passages;
- level of safety and lighting of the territory;
- photo of the entrance and premises;
- availability of Braille signs, tactile elements and an ATM with voice guidance for people with visual impairments, so that the path is safe and the service is understandable;
- the possibility of consulting with a sign language interpreter for people with hearing or speech impairments; the possibility of communicating via the keyboard for customers who do not know sign language;
- availability of lowered cash desks, spacious waiting areas, lowered terminal screens for people in wheelchairs, so that everyone can reach and receive service without barriers.
