Catherine Stalker is an international expert in the field of personnel management and corporate governance. Her activities are closely related to assessing the effectiveness of the company's management bodies, building an effective system of remuneration for the company, taking into account the strategy of the company, the risks that the company may be exposed to during its activities, corporate values, etc. She has over 9 years of HR consulting experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers. She held the position of director at Independent Audit Ltd (Great Britain), specializing in the analysis of the effectiveness of the activities of management bodies and the state of corporate governance in companies. She was a member of the Supervisory Board, an independent director, Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of "DTEK Grids B.V." (Netherlands), and an independent non-executive director of “SDX Energy plc” (Great Britain). She is a co-author of a number of publications related to the assessment of the effectiveness of the activities of government bodies.
