Helo Meigas 

Member of the Supervisory Board of JSC “FUIB” - an independent director

Helo Meigas is a highly qualified international expert with knowledge of both emerging and developed banking markets. She has experience in the Ukrainian banking sector. Helo Meigas has in-depth knowledge of banking regulation in the European Union, has extensive experience in supervisory board work in both the financial sector and other areas of commercial activity (postal service, center for socio-economic research, start-up for the preservation of natural carbon sinks and biodiversity to mitigate climate change). She has held senior positions in the financial sector since 1995, including Chief Executive Officer of a stock exchange and Deputy Governor of a central bank. In a large retail bank in Estonia, she held the positions of Managing Director of Investment Management Division, Chief OIperationg Offcier and Chief Human Resource Officer. In Swedbank, the largest retail bank in Sweden, she held the positions of Head of the business unit, Head of Group Treasury and Chief Risk Officer. Currently, she is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of AS Eesti Post (Estonia), a member of the Supervisory Board of the Praxis Think-tank “Praxis” (Estonia).
