FUIB took 12th place among the largest Ukrainian companies in various fields according to 50 Best Employers independent ranking by Forbes Ukraine. FUIB ranks 1st among banks.

The 50 Best Employers was published in the January issue of the Forbes Ukraine. This ranking is compiled annually by Forbes in partnership with the Work.ua job search website. We would like to recall that last year FUIB was on the 13th place. FUIB is the leader among 11 banks represented in this year's rating.

The rating of employers is based on questionnaires filled in anonymously by employees of Ukrainian companies with an annual turnover of over UAH 4 billion, and the number of their employees exceeds 1,000. In total, almost 26,000 questionnaires were received. Also during compiling the rating, the assessments of labor market experts and information from open sources were taken into account.

The employer's overall score consists of 23 indicators grouped into eight criteria. Among them are loyalty (20%), reward (20%), working conditions (20%), social package (10%), information openness (10%), opportunities for development (5%), a sense of protection (5%) and other factors (10%).

Employees and independent experts praised the attitude of FUIB towards staff, people-centeredness and innovative approaches to work with staff. This year, out of 100 possible points, FUIB received 79.

During the year we implement various projects for employees. These include training and professional activities, as well as programs to improve physical and mental health. The focus of our bank is a person and, as practice shows, it has a positive effect on the efficiency of our employees and business performance in general, said Tatiana Kostyuchenko, Deputy Chair of the Board for FUIB's personnel. - It is very gratifying that for the second year in a row FUIB occupies a high position in the ranking of employers in Ukraine. It shows that we are on the right track."

In 2021, a hybrid work format has become stable for the head office staff, which allows them to plan their personal time more efficiently and achieve a work-life balance. Employees of the network have an improved social package. And from the beginning of 2022, all employees of the bank who have passed the probationary period will be subject to a voluntary health insurance program. Most employees got more career opportunities, as the territorial character of specialists is not a restriction for work. In connection with tribeization (transition to work in Agile-tribes), colleagues tried themselves in new roles, they had new career opportunities, interesting projects, flexible work methodology and the opportunity to flexibly build a career. Employees were given the opportunity to use the services of a psychologist and coach (psychological support service). In training, the bank focuses on personal development of employees: trainings and webinars aimed at finding harmony and balance are held. This year it is planned to revive the Happy Office offline project (cultural lectures, field trips, etc.).
