As part of the "HR-Brand 2021" project competition, FUIB has created a special nomination "Technologies for the future, people forever" which combines two extremely important factors for each company: technological effectiveness and humaneness. Additionally, the bank became general partner of the most influential professional event of the year in the field of HR. FUIB's HRD Tetiana Kostiuchenko participated in the jury of the competition.
The goal of creating a special nomination for the HR environment: to draw attention of large and small companies to people - the main asset of business and the sense of everything. Recent years have been a challenge for all businesses that outsource employees. That is why organizations that care and provide diverse support for the resource replenishment of employees have the prospect of sustainable development and growth.
«FUIB is an organization where employees underline caring for people as the No.1 characteristic of the employer's brand. Human-centeredness is in the DNA of the organization both in the direction of working with clients and in the direction of working with employees," says Tetiana Kostiuchenko. The HR-Brand Ukraine Award is being held for the eleventh year in a row. Yesterday, on October 21, the winners were awarded during the case conference. In this regard, the expert jury of the award included FUIB's Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Personnel Tetiana Kostiuchenko. And FUIB became the general partner of the award in 2021.
The most successful personnel management projects were presented to the jury. The cases were evaluated in terms of relevance, modernity and results. More than sixty relevant HR projects from companies in various fields, which were implemented during the year, competed for the award. "It was important for us to find like-minded people who at the same time while developing technology pay no less attention to the welfare of employees. That is why, among a large number of worthy cases, we awarded the GlobalLogic project which shows how you can unite a team and show care for each individual employee in a remote work. This is in line with FUIB's values, and can also serve as an example for other companies in the market", said Tetiana Kostiuchenko.
The evaluation criteria by which Tetiana Kostiuchenko chose the winner in the FUIB's nomination were focus on employees, the company's systematic care for employees, efficiency for business, example to be followed and relevance.
