To apply for a gas supply contract in bank branches, residents of Donetsk region must bring the following: a document confirming the ownership of housing, passport, certificate of obtaining a TIN and the last bill for gas supply.

If the documents are submitted by the co-owner of the real estate, the permission of all co-owners to conclude the contract should also be given, if by the trustee of the owner, then a power of attorney is needed.
