JOINT STOCK COMPANY "FIRST UKRAINIAN INTERNATIONAL BANK" (hereinafter - the Bank) expresses you respect and requests to take into account the following information.

Starting from September 17, 2018, a new Agreement on Banking Services for Corporate Clients will enter into force (hereinafter - the Agreement). The force of the Agreement applies to all potential and existing small business clients, servicing of which involves the use of Rules on establishment and maintenance of current accounts of legal entities and self-employed persons (hereinafter – the Rules) as well as customers serviced under Agreement on banking services for corporate clients (Digital Bank).

For existing clients the servicing of which is carried out in accordance with the Rules, the Agreement is a new version of the Rules itself. For new customers, the use of the Agreement should be applied from the date of publication on the website (17.09.2018).

For all existing clients of the Bank, the terms of the Agreement will apply after 30 days from the date of publication of the Agreement on the website (17.10.2018), provided that no objections to this Agreement have been received from the client by this date. If you have any objections to the terms of the new Agreement, you can continue to be served in the Bank under the terms of a single bank account agreement.

Within the thirty day period from the date of publication of the Agreement (17.09.2018) and until it enters into force (17.10.2018) for existing clients, connection, change and disconnection of services is carried out on the basis of the current version of the Rules or the Agreement on Banking Services for Corporate Clients (Digital Bank).

Starting from 17.10.2018, the Rules and the Agreement on Banking Services for Corporate Clients (Digital Bank) cease to apply. Clients serviced as of 17.10.2018 in accordance with the Rules/Agreement on Banking Services for Corporate Clients (Digital Bank) are deemed to have automatically acceded to the Agreement without submitting an Application for accession. At the same time, all services which were connected for such clients during the period of the validity of the Rules/Agreement on Banking Services for Corporate Clients (Digital Bank) are valid until the expiration of their validity. Extension of the validity of services, connection of new ones and changes in the conditions of the existing ones will be carried out in accordance with the terms of the new Agreement with the provision of the relevant Applications stipulated by it.
