The First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) became a partner of the educational project Map of Professions of the Center for Development of CSR. On 14 February 2018, the Center for Development of CSR, the Ministry of Youth and Sports with the participation of the Ministry of Education and Science and partner companies, including FUIB, held a press conference Love to the profession is born in school at the Ukrinform Press Center. Participants presented the project Map of Professions and its components: the program of classes, booklets and the website careerhub.in.ua. The main goal of the project is to help students to get acquainted with the diversity of the world of professions, important skills and possible career paths in various fields.

Tatyana Kostyuchenko, Head of FUIB's Department for Personnel:
"For the conscious choice of the future profession by the child, the interaction of the family, the state, the school and business is important. Business will provide children with orientation in the realities of the sphere and the requirements of the market, the school will make them acquaintant with the world of professions and the necessary skills. The state will offer training and development programs, the family will help the child to recognize their abilities and form life values. Happy and successful will be the young person who find the job he loves".

On 15 February, at the Forum Career from School: Choice and Planning, the first in Ukraine community of schools called Dream Career with the aim of introducing the developed classes was created. 100 schools from all over Ukraine have already joined the Dream Career. Teachers talked about stereotypes in the professions with representatives of partner companies of the project.
