First Ukrainian International Bank (FUIB) presents the mobile version of its web site launched earlier this year. The content of the mobile version is identical to the corporate web site of the Bank and is optimised for mobile internet users. Therefore, the user entering www.pumb.ua from a mobile device will be automatically redirected to the website’s mobile version - www.pumb.ua/m/. The website is available in 3 languages: Ukrainian, Russian and English. The site menu is divided into two parts: service menu and main menu.
The service menu located at the top of the main page includes: access to “PUMB Online” internet banking, “ATMs and Outlets” section, exchange rates, FUIB’s Call Centre phone number and the customer feedback form. For convenience the service menu remains displayed at the bottom of the page while browsing any page within the site.
In “ATMs and Outlets” section the users will find a simple and convenient search mechanism enabling to locate the required branches, ATMs of FUIB and Radius ATM network. The addresses of all outlets and ATMs are also available at Yandex maps that are integrated into this section.
Also, users can make a call to the Call Centre by clicking the relevant menu entry.
The “Feedback” section is collecting users opinions, complaints or proposals . The information received from the customers via the feedback form is forwarded to the Customer Service Quality Management unit of FUIB, which controls the customer service quality in outlets of the Bank.
In the main menu of the mobile version of the Bank’s web site found under the service menu one can view the Bank’s information, products and services for all users: individuals, small businesses, corporate customers, financial institutions, mass media, community and institutional investors. From any page of the main or service menu one can go to the relevant page of the FUIB’s corporate web site.
“We consistently enhance our customer service quality and approach our customers with products and services that meet their needs through the channels of outmost convenience to them ,” comments Konstantin Vaysman, Chairman of the FUIB’s Management Board. “The mobile version of our web site is to the benefit of all stakeholders of FUIB. One fourth of over 200 000 users of “PUMB Online” Internet banking service use it from mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets. We will further develop web site and its mobile version, so we welcome proposals for its improvement, which can be submitted using the site feedback form.”
