At the beginning of the previous week, key indices of the American markets set new record-low for the last several months. It became know that the US regulators are preparing antimonopoly investigation against Amazon, Apple, Facebook and Google. Concerns subsided, whereas statements of the FRS chair confirming the readiness of the Federal Reserve to support the American economy spurred markets to sharp growth.
