Political decisions made by new US President Donald Trump influenced the stock market during the previous week. On Monday, 30 January, indices of the American stock market began going down. Investors were concerned about significant changes in the US immigration policies. The order signed by President Trump provided for suspension of the refugee admission program, as well as banned entry to the US for nationals of several other countries.

However, by the middle of the previous week, anxiety on the market has already faded away, and market participants began paying more attention to non-political news.
